Given the perishable nature of the items, delivery must occur on the designated date to ensure freshness and quality. We kindly request that you plan accordingly to ensure the recipient's availability on the scheduled delivery date.
4. No Refund Policy: In the event that the recipient is unavailable to accept delivery or fails to retrieve the platter on the scheduled date, no refund will be issued. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for perishable food items that have been prepared and delivered as per the original order.
